If you sent a request on the business day you made the purchase, we will try to fix the items before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can return the items after the package reaches you.

Deliveries

As indicated in our purchase status and shipping policy, order processing time is 1-3 days, and shipping times are 6-12 business days (business days are Sunday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please check if your order is still within this timeframe. If the timeframe has passed, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help you track your shipment.

Delivery to a pickup point is a business or locker close to the delivery address you specified when ordering. If you have chosen delivery to a pickup point, you can choose the pickup point closest to you when the delivery is in your area (an SMS will be sent to you from the delivery company as soon as the order is close). Another SMS will be sent once the order arrives at your chosen pickup point.

If you forgot to pick up the package from the collection point and the package was returned to the delivery company - please contact us to arrange for a paid redistribution.
